Q: How do I contact you?

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: It depends on your order. The fastest your order can arrive is 3 days. Handmade items, expensive items or large orders normally take 2-4 weeks. If you have questions about shipping times of a specific product, please contact us.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: We will send you an automated email with the tracking number. Click the tracking number in the email and it will take you to the appropriate website to track your order. If you have not received your tracking information, it is possible that it went to your spam folder. Contact us and we will resend you the tracking information.

Q: Where are you based?
A: New Jersey, USA

Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our products are made in Japan, China, Turkey, Russia, Italy, and other places. If you have questions about the origin of a specific product, please contact us.

Q: I don't want my order anymore. How do I cancel it?
A: Send us an email at support@prosurvivals.com telling us you want to cancel your order along with the order number. If your package has not been sent out, the order can be cancelled immediately and we will issue you a full refund. If your package has already been shipped out, you will need to return it to us before we issue you a refund.

Q: How can I return my order?
A: Contact us and we will send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how to go about returning your order. Please keep in mind that your order must be returned within 30 days of arrival.

Q: My order arrived damaged/defected. What should I do?
A: Take two clear pictures of the damage or defect and send them to us via email at support@prosurvivals.com. We will provide you with further information on receiving a refund or replacement.

Q: I'm a veteran, can I get a discount?
A: We offer all veterans and military personnel as well as their family members a special discount. Please contact us and we will send you the discount code.
