Shipping Details


Because many products we sell are made to order or shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, lead times can vary and may be as much as 12-20 business days - even with Amazon, we can all relate to some items not shipping on "prime" lead times! Therefore, please be sure to get your order in by early December to ensure your order arrives before Christmas! Remember, once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation and will do all we can to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

Shipping and Delivery

While we inventory a quantity of many of the items we ship, we often order directly from our manufaturing partners who drop ship to you on our behalf. This helps keep prices down by minimizing shipping. However, some of these vendor partners are in Europe, Japan, Turkey, etc. Therefore, shipping can take anywhere from 4 to 20 business days for delivery. Be aware that products on your order may ship on different lead times. If the product says the shipping time on the product page, that is the actual shipping time. 

When ordering, please make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-96 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated in the post office system. You can track your order here:

Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
