Fundamentally, this is a serviceable knife sized for general camp or field use. The features I liked most about it were the overall shape and the exposed tang at the rear of the grip. An exposed tang like this is very useful for prying and even as a bottle-opener. The length of the blade was not specified,, and I was hoping it was more on the order of 10” or more, as this length along with this shaped blade is very good for chopping, but still not overly large for general camp-craft. Would also be a good tactical knife if the blade were of this length. The sheath shipped with the knife was different than in the retail display, and of medium-to-lower quality. This is not a big deal for me as I generally make my own sheaths anyway. Bottom line is: I returned the knife primarily because it was not as large as I was hoping it would be.
We are really sorry the knife was not up to your expectations. We do thank you for your kind words regarding the knife and some of its positive features and we also appreciate your in depth review as other customers will certainly benefit from your thoroughness. If we can ever be of any help in the future, just let us know!
Definitely well made and very sharp. The little pocket knife with my name engraved was a great surprise, thank you pro survival.
Glad you liked it, Candise! Let us know if we can do anything else for you!
Every specification was mentioned on the Seeker knife, but the blade length.
Hey Ray, we will put that in the description. I think we missed that and we appreciate you pointing it out for us!
This knife is perfect weight in my hand and the little extra knife was a great little surprise! The leather case is great, even came with a beautiful unique design that looks badass but not too distracting, which is my favorite. The knife came sharp, and is an easy edge to maintain with a wetstone. I may even buy a second of the same knife with enough time!
